REQUIREMENTS 

* French Application Form (signed and stamped) by the applicant(submitted by mail)
(You must leave the Delegation information box blank on the application, unless the DNS is located in Algeria.) 

*Signed Power of Attorney(Sealed with client's company stamp) (Original required by mail)
                                                                                          
*Trademark Registration Certificate. (TM filing certificate is acceptable) Only Algerian trademark or Madrid designating Algeria are accepted). Or a Commercial Registration Certificate in Algeria provided that the domain matches the trade name. 
                                                        
Note: Since the NIC in Algeria can be very strict with processing the documents, you must send a scanned copy of the documents by email in order for our Algeria office to verify that the information is correct.  Once you receive confirmation from our office, you may send them by mail.
