*A letter requesting the domain name registration(On official letterhead, can be submitted by email, see sample request letter)
*Certified copy of the company registration in its home country(Incorporation Certificate, can be submitted by email or fax)
*Signed Power of Attorney (Must be Notarized and Legalized up to the Syrian Consulate and Original is Required by mail)
*Minimum 3 characters , Maximum 64 characters allowed
Note for PoA: With regards to the notarized and Legalized PoA which is submitted for domain name registrations in Syria, the PoA can only be used once, meaning only in one application for a domain or more than one domain for the applicant. Therefore if the applicant chooses to register domains in the future, we are not allowed to use the PoA used in the previous registration, unless, we submit the PoA to the Interior Ministry in Syria for their approval which may take, not less than three months for approval, in addition, costing $100. This is only an option if the client does not wish to submit a new Legalized PoA for each time they want to submit an application
