REQUIREMENTS
1-Application Form which can be submitted by mail, email or fax
2-Letter requesting the domain name registration on official letterhead, submitted by mail or fax, see sample request letter.
3-Signed PoA, Notarized & Legalized upto Bahrain or any other Arab Consulate, original required by mail.
*Note that the PoA must be signed by the applicant company or person, NOT an individual
Note: Regarding the files required in original form, you must send scanned copies of the documents by email for confirmation before sending them by mail.
Extensions:
.bh: for general use
.com.bh: for commercial use
.gov.bh: for governmental institutes and agencies
.net.bh: for ISPs
.edu.bh: for educational bodies
.org.bh: for non-for-profit organizations
Special note: Upon registration of your domain name, our office shall charge for registration plus the upfront renewal fee ($150 registration + $420 renewal) totaling $570.
For the upcoming renewal, after one year, you shall be charged the renewal fee only of $420. This is due to the ISP monthly renewal charging procedure($35 per month which we consolidate to $420 a year).
