*Signed Power of Attorney (Notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate) (Original is required by mail)
*Any type of documentation which proves that the name of the domain is owned by the client, for ex.: registration certificate of a trademark or document certifies that the domain name has been registered and used in other countries.
*In order to register a domain name in Jordan, the owner of the domain name should hold a trademark that reflects the domain name. However, if the domain name reflects the owner’s name or a part from it, then no need to submit a copy of the trademark, and it would be possible to register the domain name by submitting a copy of a Commercial Registration Certificate from the applicant's home country.
Note: Regarding the files required in original form, you must send scanned copies of the documents by email for confirmation before sending them by mail.
